Repetend: A repetend can be thought of as the thesis (main idea) of your multigenre paper. It should appear immediately following or preceding each genre piece; however, it may appear within the chapters as well. Think of it as the refrain of a song. A repetend could be one word, a phrase, a poem (does not count as a sub genre), or an image. You may think of something else to use. Remember, a repetend should create unity and smooth transitions from one piece to the next.
